As most of you have noticed I took a little hiatus form writing the Chef Benwa Cooks Blog.
Well vacation is over, it back to work and work I will. The plan is to do two post a week. At least one recipe a week and some other post of interesting information or some other foodie blog.
So here is number on for the first week of September.
Here is a quick and delisious treat:
Mock Hot Blue Berry Pie Ala mod
2 Blue Berry Pop Tart or Toaster Strudel (I prefer the Toaster Strudel)
2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream (OK three or four scoops, who am I kidding)
Break the Blue Berry Pop Tart into a microwave safe bowl and zap for 30 seconds (microwaves vary so you may have to play with the time) or until nice and warm.
Scoop on the ice cream.
Simple, delicious, and quick!
