Mandy’s Chicken Enchilada Dip!

Mandy posted this recipe on my Great Recipes and Cooking Tips Facebook Group. I haven’t had a chance to try it yet but it sounds great. I’m betting it would be even better if you marinated the chicken in my Chicken Marinade that I posted back in February.

Prep Time: I’m guessing around 45 min.
Cook Time: 30 Min.
Serves: A small party
