Mandy posted this recipe on my Great Recipes and Cooking Tips Facebook Group. I haven’t had a chance to try it yet but it sounds great. I’m betting it would be even better if you marinated the chicken in my Chicken Marinade that I posted back in February.
Prep Time: I’m guessing around 45 min.
Cook Time: 30 Min.
Serves: A small party

I have this great recipe for Chicken Enchilada Dip: Great for Parties and Get-Togethers!
Serve with tortilla chips!
1lb Chicken Breast (baked at 350, then shredded)
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
4oz. low-fat mayo
4oz. sour cream
1 8oz pkg shred colby/jack cheese
1 7 oz. can diced/peeled green chiles
1/4 of an onion chopped
optional- 1 finely diced jalapeno.
Mix all ingredients along with chicken (shredded) to a medium glass baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 min., or until edges are golden brown.
ENJOY!!!!.
